Uploading a new shipping logo

All shipping methods have a standard logo. For many shipping methods, this is a generic logo, while for shipping methods from a specific carrier, it is the carrier's logo, such as Bring, Postnord, etc.

All shipping methods now support uploading a custom logo. This means that you can use a generic shipping method, e.g. “Fixed price shipping,” but display the logo of the desired carrier.

Custom logos have the following requirements:

  • The file must be in SVG or PNG format.
  • Maximum file size 1 MB.

To upload a logo or delete an existing logo, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the shipping method administration (Configuration > Shipping Methods)
  2. Click on the logo of the shipping method you want to upload a new logo to
  3. Drag and drop the new logo into the file upload zone
    NB! The logo will be uploaded to the shipping method immediately
  4. Press “Close” after the upload has been confirmed

You will now see that the shipping method has a new logo. This logo will be displayed to the end customer in the online store checkout.

Deleting a logo

If you delete a logo you have uploaded yourself, the default logo will be displayed again. It is not possible to delete the default logo.
