Snapchat Feed
Snapchat fetches your product catalog from a feed, in the same way as Google and Meta. Mystore delivers all three from the "Shopping feed" extension — you don't need a separate Snapchat module.
The extension is included in the Start, Smart, and Pluss price plans.
How to do it
- Go to Extensions → Your extensions and search for Shopping feedInstall the extension and turn on
- Activate the moduleUse this URL in Snapchat, with your own domain instead of yourstore.no
https://dinbutikk.no/snappixel_feed.xml
- Add the URL as a product catalog in Snapchat Ads Manager. Snapchat explains the steps in its own guide: Data Feed Catalog
Good to know
The URL will not respond with anything until the Shopping feed module is activated. If you receive an error message that the module is not installed, that is what is missing.
snappixel_feed.xml and fb_feed.xml provide the same content. If you use both Snapchat and Meta, you can use separate URLs — they point to the same feed.
The feed is rebuilt once a day, or every six hours if you set the update frequency in the extension to 6 hours. New products and price changes will appear in Snapchat only after the next generation.
The settings that control what ends up in the feed — stock status, minimum quantity in stock, products you exclude with a tag — are the same as for Google. They are described in Product feed for Google Merchant Center
