Block: Crall product recommendations
Crall Product Display
The "Crall" block allows you to display product recommendations from Crall within your design. This block is supported on landing pages, product pages, shopping carts, and more.
Select Product Recommendation
Use the first dropdown menu to select the desired recommendation. Each recommendation type is named like @home-page-trending, @home-page-popular, etc.
These correspond to the standard components set up in the Crall administration (Product Recommendations > Components).
Custom Product Recommendation
If you've created a custom product recommendation in Crall, you can include it in the Design Builder as follows:
In the first dropdown menu, select "CUSTOM".
Enter the ID of the custom product recommendation in the "Id for egendefinert produktanbefaling" text field.
How to Find the Product Recommendation Id
Log in to Crall through Acendy (Extensions > AI - Personalised Shopping).
Go to "Product Recommendations > Components" in Crall.
Find the product recommendation you want to add to the Design Builder and click the pen icon to edit.
Open the "Integration" tab.
Here you will find the implementation code for use in Acendy.
The code will look like this: [RECOMMENDATION id="customer-last-visited"]only the text within the ID should be used; in this example, it would be customer-last-visited.
More Settings
In addition to selecting a product recommendation, Crall has the following settings:
Carousel: Products are displayed as a carousel where customers can scroll back and forth.
Enable Lazy Load for images: Read more about lazy load here: Image
Set automatic playback: Turn on automatic playback of the carousel so that it rotates automatically.
Repeating content: Content in the carousel repeats itself instead of stopping when it reaches the last product.
Choice of style for product box: Choose which product box design to use.
