Cancelling your online store

This article explains how to cancel your agreement with Mystore.no and what you should do before your online store is closed.

Are you considering cancelling your online store?

If you are considering cancelling your online store with us, we recommend contacting us first.

If there is something you are unhappy with, need additional help with, or are experiencing challenges with, we would be happy to hear from you. In many cases, we can assist with guidance, adjustments, or solutions that make it easier for you to move forward.

Our goal is for you to succeed with your online store, and we are happy to help before you decide to terminate your agreement.

How to cancel your online store

For a cancellation to be valid, the request must be submitted through the form in the control panel by a user with administrator permissions.

  1. Go to the front page of the control panel
  2. Click the account icon / your logo in the top right corner
  3. Select Customer relationship → Cancellation
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen

Please note that invoices already issued for hosting and operations must be paid even if the agreement is cancelled. Agreements run until the end of the invoiced period.

Before your agreement expires

Before the online store is deleted or the agreement period expires, we recommend downloading any data you want to keep.

This may include:

  • Products
  • Product images
  • Customer lists
  • Reports
  • Other relevant data

Returning the payment terminal

If you have used POS (Datakasse) and rented a payment terminal through Mystore, the terminal must be returned when cancelling your agreement.

Send the payment terminal to:

Return address

Stakkevollvegen 39

Agreements with third parties

If you have entered into agreements with third-party providers, these must be cancelled directly with the provider.

This applies, for example, to:

  • Vipps
  • Klarna
  • Logistra
  • Profrakt
  • Spedify

Unfortunately, Mystore does not have the authority to terminate agreements entered into directly between you and a third-party provider.
