Acendy App
Introduction
With the Acendy app, you can quickly and easily:
- Receive push notifications for new online store orders.
- Use your mobile camera to scan product barcodes and find information in the product catalog.
- View your sales overview for today's date, current week, and month.
- Get an overview of the store's last 15 orders, including order status.
- Choose which stores to retrieve data from, if you have multiple stores.
Note!
To limit data traffic, it is only possible to retrieve data from a maximum of 5 stores at the same time.
Get started
Download the app
You must first download the Acendy app from App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android).
Log in
After the app is downloaded, log in with the same username and password that you use to log in to your control panel.
Using the app
The app gives you access to four main sections: Dashboard, Scanner, Orders, and Settings.
Dashboard
Here you get a quick overview of your sales:
- Total sales for the last 24 hours
- Total sales for the last 30 days (previous month).
Scanner
Use your mobile camera to scan product barcodes. Upon scanning, you will get access to relevant product and stock information, including:
- Stock status: Available, physical, and reserved stock.
- Item number.
- Cost price and selling price.
Orders
This section gives you an overview of your 15 most recent orders.
You can customize the view by:
- Choose whether to view orders from webshop, POS (cash register) or both
- Sort based on order ID, date, newest or oldest
- Group based on order status or store name (if you are retrieving data from multiple stores).
- View orders from up to 5 stores simultaneously.
Settings
If your user is linked to more than one store, you can choose in settings which stores you want to retrieve data from.
