Split Payments in Acendy POS

Two types of split payments

There are two ways to split a payment, and they work slightly differently.

1. Split between multiple cards or Vipps

(For example, partly paid with one card and the remaining amount with another card or Vipps)

To use this option, split payments must be enabled.

Go to:
Main Menu → Settings → Payments → Allow split payments

Once enabled, you can split payments as follows:

• Card → Card → Card (multiple cards)
• Card → Vipps
• Vipps → Card

2. Split between cash / gift card / store credit and card

(For example, partly paid in cash and the remaining amount by card)

For this type of split payment, you do not need to enable split payments.

How to do it

1. Select Cash or Gift Card / Store Credit
2. Enter the amount to be paid
3. Tap Pay
4. Select Card to pay the remaining balance

Example: Cash + Card

1. Add products to the cart
2. Tap Cash
3. Enter the amount the customer pays
4. Select Register payment
5. Tap Card to pay the remaining balance
