Change password
This article explains how to change the password for your user account when you are already logged in.
How to change your password
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the control panel
- Select Edit profile
- Scroll to Account security
- Click Change password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Update password
Important to know
- You must know your current password to change it.
- If you have forgotten your password, log out of the control panel and use the Forgot password function on the login page.
What if I am unable to change my password?
If you are unable to change your password:
- Log out of the control panel
- Clear your browser data for all time
- Log back into the control panel
- If it still does not work, try resetting your password using Forgot password
If the issue persists, contact customer support.
