Credits

This article explains what Credits are, what they are used for, and how to purchase and manage Credits in the control panel.

What are Credits?

Credits are used as payment for services that have a low cost and are charged per use.

  • 1 Credit = 1 NOK
  • The number of Credits used varies depending on the service
  • Credits are automatically deducted when you use a service that requires pay-per-use billing

What are Credits used for?

Credits are used for services such as:

  • Sending SMS messages
  • Printing shipping labels (for example via Logistra or Profrakt)
  • Phone number lookup in the POS system

Other services may also use Credits if they are billed per use.


How to see your available Credits

The number of available Credits is displayed in the top-right corner of the control panel when you are logged in.

To see more details:

  1. Click the Credits icon in the top-right corner of the control panel

Here you will find:

  • Current balance
  • Usage history
  • Purchase history

How to purchase Credits

  1. Click the Credits icon in the top-right corner of the control panel
  2. Enter the number of Credits you want to purchase
  3. The minimum purchase is 500 Credits
  4. Complete the purchase

The amount will be added to your next invoice.


Important to know

  • Credits are automatically deducted when using services that require them
  • If your balance is empty, services that require Credits cannot be used
  • Credit purchases are added to your next invoice

Troubleshooting

Problem: A service does not work
Cause: No available Credits
Solution: Check your balance and purchase more Credits

Contact Customer Support and include the following:

  • Store name
  • What you are trying to use Credits for
  • A screenshot of your Credits balance
