Block — Reviews
Reviews show the product's star rating and number of reviews on the card. Social proof directly in the list can give the customer a push towards products others are satisfied with.
What the block does
The block retrieves the product's rating from Lipscore and displays it as stars with the number of reviews next to it. The display is an integration with Lipscore — therefore, Lipscore must be set up and active in the store for the reviews to be visible to customers.
Settings
Setting | What it does |

Alignment | Left, center, or right. |
Inner spacing | Distance inside the block. |
Outer spacing | Distance around the block. |
The actual appearance of the stars and numbers is primarily controlled by the Lipscore integration. In the product box designer, you control the placement on the card.
How to use it
- Place the reviews near the title or price, where the customer sees them while considering the product.
- Choose the same alignment as the title and price, so the row stays together.
Tips
- Reviews are only displayed when Lipscore is activated and set up in the store. Without an active Lipscore setup, the block remains empty for customers. In the preview, you will see an example rating regardless, so you can place the block.
- If a product has not yet received reviews, the block may show little or nothing for that product — even if Lipscore is active.
