Login issues
This article helps you if you are having trouble logging in to the Mystore control panel.
Incorrect password or forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password, or are unsure whether the password is correct, follow these steps:
- Open the control panel login page in a web browser
- If you are already logged in, log out first
- Click Forgot password
- Follow the instructions to reset your password
Correct password, but still unable to log in
If you are completely sure that the password is correct, but you are still unable to log in:
- Follow the steps in the article Troubleshooting Mystore POS
- Check in particular that:
- you are using the correct email address
- you are not logged in on another device
- your browser is not storing outdated login information
👉 If you are unsure whether the password is correct, we recommend using Forgot password first.
