# Introduction to revenue report

## Introduction and Important Information

The sales report is designed to give you and your company a good overview of sales and revenues. Thanks to advanced filters, search and export, the selection can be easily adapted to each customer's needs.

## Introduction

The sales report is designed to provide you and your business with a comprehensive overview of sales and revenue.

### Only online store sales

The sales report is only intended for sales made in the online store. For setup in the cash register, a separate accounting report is used.

### Updating data

This report retrieves accounting data every morning. Orders registered after 08:00 will not be visible until the next day. In other words, you will only have accurate turnover up to and including yesterday.

### Currency

The report is displayed in the store's default currency. You can see your default currency under "Configuration > Settings > Currency".

### Number of rows in export

The export function currently has a limit of **3000** rows per file. This means that a report containing, for example, **8000** rows will be divided into three files. Each file is clearly marked Part 1 of 3 etc.
