# Exchange Slip in Mystore POS

An exchange slip can be printed at the time of sale or afterwards, and includes a scannable code for quick order lookup.

## Print an exchange slip at checkout

1.  Complete the sale as usual
2.  Select **Receipt + Exchange Slip**
3.  Choose which products you want an exchange slip for
4.  Print

### Print an exchange slip after the sale

1.  Go to **Main Menu → Recent Orders**
2.  Find the order
3.  Print a new **Exchange Slip**

The scannable code on the exchange slip is always the same as the one on the receipt.
